Situation: Dwindling pension sales due to manual paper-based sales processes and time required for back-end processes (especially re-entering data into the system)
Methodology & Solution
- Reviewed the forms being used for pension sales and understood the entire end-to-end process from the team.
- Created an online profile page which captured majority of the repetitive fields being used across the forms.
- Created multiple prototypes to pre-fill the various forms based on the information captured in the profile page along with regular reviews from the sales agents
- The pre-filled forms will be reviewed by the customers before they electronically sign off thereby avoiding the need to use back-office staff for manual data entry.
- Reduced agents’ time by 60%
- Reduced staff cost required for back-office data entry
- Improved data accuracy of information captured by 35%
