Implementation of insurance linked wellness program across Asia
Client: A Prominent Asian Insurer
Situation: Wanted to implement an insurance-linked wellness program across Asia in key markets including Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Methodology & Solution
- Worked with the COO and Head of Sales in developing a value proposition for the various partners in each of the key markets and designing customer journeys for the members of the wellness program.
- Worked with an offshore team to document requirements and develop prototypes and technology for partners/client
- Project managed the entire flow of information starting from the client & partners, explaining and liaising with the onshore team followed by discussions with the technical offshore team to ensure success for the program launch.
- Successful launch of the program
- Leveraged success to sign up additional partners and improve processes based on the technical capabilities of the partner
- Client revenue from insurance sales grew significantly
